Our blended red is Delphina, named after our vineyard dog and best friend. Like Delphina the dog, Delphina the wine is playful, yet bold. Sourced exclusively from our vineyard, Delphina exhibits the plush flavors of ripe black cherries and blackberries, followed by richer, bolder tones of toffee, toasted oak, and a hint of black pepper. Elegant and supple, this wine broadcasts a lengthy and smooth tannin finish. Delphina is a great Rutherford Bench wine….you can taste the dust in ever sip. This Rosé was crafted from a ‘petite estate’ Malbec vineyard in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. The aroma carries an essence of ripe berries that further evolves to present hints of citrus blossoms and cloves. This wine is headed by Pinot Noir from the Ricci Vineyards in the Sonoma Carneros region. Its color is attained by lowering the temperature of the grapes and allowing just a few hours of skin contact.
